What is the CoD MW2 season 1 start time?

Here in the UK, The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 start time is 6pm GMT, 16th November 2022.

CoD MW2 season 1 roadmap: what will the battle pass include?

The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Season 1 roadmap has been revealed by Activision. It includes new maps, new modes, new weapons, and a timed football event, just in time for the 2022 Qatar World Cup.

Throughout the season, you'll find new maps being added such as releasing on launch day Shoothouse (a 6v6 map) and Shipment (also 6v6), which will release mid-season. New game mode Raid is part of the first season, too, which is again, going live mid-season.

Alongside the above, also included in Season 1 is a new co-op mission: High Ground, CDL Moshpit playlist, new operator Zeus, new weapons BAS-P (SMG) and Victus XMR (SN), and much more. You can see it all in the MW2 Season 1 roadmap image above.

A lot of new content is on the way to MW2, including a new Battle Pass system. The newly reworked Battle Pass gives players more choices and agency than in previous entries. It does this by acting differently.

The new Battle Pass is a multi-sector map, which according to Activision, allows players to "unlock items using earned Battle Token Tier Skips across this map, which is themed within the current season." There are "at least 20 Sectors with five items in each Sector" and "tokens can be used to either unlock adjacent Sectors or earn more items within an unlocked Sector."

Activision promises that "tokens can be used to unlock specific items within the Battle Pass at your own pace — whether it is a new free functional weapon or a cool new Operator Skin, you have control over what gets unlocked earlier on the road to 100% map completion." The Battle Pass contains four new weapons, two of them being free for everyone, as well as plenty more.
